- Needs Analysis & Requirements Consultation: FREE
- Setup and Customize QuickBooks (Including General Ledger and Consultation with your CPA): $85 per hour
- On-Site or Off-Site Full Bookkeeping Services (Including A/R, A/P, Payroll, Job Costing, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Tax and Financial Reports): $85 per hour
- Desktop Publishing and QuickBooks Consultation: $85 per hour
- Accounting Data Entry Services: $35 per hour
- Clerical Services: $35 per hour
- Travel expenses billed at $.60 per mile (Portal to Portal). Supplies, postage, printing and telephone costs billed as utilized and charged annually to each participating client. Licensing and software support charged accordingly. A minimum of one hour charge of the quoted hourly rate for all applicable services.
